IRSQ TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENTS OF EVENTS
Full payment will be taken at time of booking. You may cancel up to 14 days prior to receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will be made for cancellations advised in writing up to 14 days prior to an event. No refunds are provided after this time.

The Industrial Relations of Queensland is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your registration only.
Confirmation of Booking
Upon successful payment of attendance you will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice/receipt in the form of an email attachment. No tickets are provided/distributed for any IRSQ events.
