(b) On receipt of a nomination in accordance with sub-rule (a) the Management Committee will take, without limitation, the following matters into account before making a recommendation for appointment to life membership in general meeting:
(c) Life members may be approved by a general meeting of the Members, following the recommendation of the Management Committee. (d) The recommendation of the Management Committee will be included in the notice to members of the General Meeting and form part of the agenda of that meeting. |
